A Note on Honouring Time

The sessions offered through Healing Conversations Australia are not simply appointments — they are held, intentional spaces. Every guide who shows up for a conversation has made room in their day, their energy, and their heart for you. That is not something we take lightly.

We honour your time by ensuring sessions start and end on time, and by holding space where you feel truly valued and seen. In the same spirit, we ask that you honour the time of your guide.

Please communicate as early as possible about any changes to your session time or date. Every conversation matters — and so does the space held for it.

1. Session Cancellations

We understand that life is not always predictable. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both clients and guides while recognising the real cost of time set aside and not used.

72 Hours or More Notice — Full Refund

If you cancel your session with at least 72 hours notice, you will receive a full refund. No cancellation fee applies.

48 to 72 Hours Notice — 20% Cancellation Fee

If you cancel between 48 and 72 hours before your scheduled session, a cancellation fee of 20% of the session cost will be retained. The remaining 80% will be refunded to your original payment method.

Same-Day Cancellation — No Refund

If you cancel on the day of your session, no refund will be issued. The full session fee will be retained to honour the guide’s time and the space they have held for you.

No-Shows

If you do not attend your session without providing any notice, this will be treated as a same-day cancellation and no refund will apply.

2. Rescheduling a Session

We understand that plans change. You are welcome to reschedule your session at no penalty, provided you give at least 24 hours notice before your scheduled appointment time.

  • Reschedules requested with 24+ hours notice: no fee, session credit held for your new booking
  • Reschedule requests within 24 hours of your session: treated as a same-day cancellation — no refund will apply

To reschedule, please contact us or update your booking through your account as early as possible.

3. Quantum Vault Transmissions

Quantum Vault Transmissions are energetically prepared and unique to you. Because of the personalised and non-replicable nature of this work, the following applies:

  • All Quantum Vault Transmissions are non-refundable once purchased
  • Transmissions cannot be changed or modified once created
  • Your completed transmission will be uploaded to the Vault Transmission section of your membership account, where it will be available for you to download and keep

We encourage you to reach out with any questions before purchasing a Quantum Vault Transmission so you feel fully informed and ready to receive it.

4. Physical Products

We take care in the quality of every physical product offered through our platform. Our refund policy for physical products is as follows:

  • Refunds are available if a product arrives damaged or faulty
  • Change of mind refunds are not offered on physical products
  • To request a refund for a damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and include a description and photo of the damage

Where a refund is approved for a damaged product, we will process it to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

5. Digital Downloads

All digital downloads — including guides, meditations, workbooks, and other digital content — are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.

Please review all product descriptions carefully before purchasing. If you have questions about a digital product before buying, we are happy to help.

6. How to Cancel or Request a Refund

To cancel a session, reschedule, or request a refund, please contact us through one of the following:

  • Through your account on our platform

Please include your name, booking details, and the reason for your request. We will respond within 2 business days.
