1. Our Shared Purpose
Healing Conversations Australia exists to connect people with guides who have walked similar paths and can offer support through lived experience, compassion, and authentic human connection.
2. Independent Guide Relationship
Guides are independent contractors and are not employees, partners, representatives, or agents of Healing Conversations Australia.
3. Guide Responsibilities
Guides agree to:
- Act with honesty and integrity
- Work within the limits of their experience and training
- Respect client autonomy
- Maintain professional boundaries
- Treat all clients respectfully
- Avoid discrimination, harassment, or exploitation
- Represent their lived experience truthfully
4. Peer Support Model
Guides acknowledge that they provide:
- Peer support
- Lived experience guidance
- Emotional support
- Personal growth conversations
Guides must not:
- Diagnose conditions
- Offer medical advice
- Prescribe treatments
- Claim to cure illness
- Represent themselves as psychologists, counsellors, therapists, or healthcare providers unless appropriately qualified and disclosed
5. Confidentiality
Guides agree to:
- Keep client information confidential
- Store information securely
- Only disclose information when legally required or where there is immediate risk of harm
6. Duty of Care and Safety
If a guide believes a client:
- Is at risk of self-harm
- Is suicidal
- Is experiencing a mental health crisis
- Requires emergency assistance
The guide agrees to follow Healing Conversations Australia’s safety procedures and refer the client to appropriate emergency or professional support.
7. Self-Awareness and Personal Responsibility
Guides acknowledge that their own healing journey is ongoing. They commit to regular self-reflection, personal responsibility, and awareness of how their own experiences, beliefs, and unresolved challenges may influence their work with clients.
8. Platform Standards
Guides agree to:
- Maintain an accurate profile
- Respond to clients professionally
- Attend scheduled sessions
- Honour booking commitments
- Maintain appropriate communication
9. Payments and Fees
Cover:
- Joining Fee – This is a once off fee to join the platform as a guide. This covers the costs of training and marketing you as a guide. It is only payable once.
- Payment timing – Once you have completed the session you will receive your portion of the session payment directly into your bank account.
- Taxes – You are responsible for your own taxes as you are a sole trader
- ABN requirements – We require your ABN in order to ensure you are operating in a way that is structurally aligned with the laws in Australia
- Refund impacts – If a client cancels up to 48 hours before the call you will not receive any payments. If they cancel on the day you will receive your % on the normal payment schedule.
10. Quantum Vault and Energetic Services
If guides speak of:
- Quantum Vault transmissions
- Biofield scans
- Energy work
- Spiritual mentoring
Require that guides:
- Present services honestly
- Avoid health claims
- Make no guarantees
- Respect client choice
11. Grounds for Suspension or Removal
Healing Conversations Australia may suspend or remove guides who:
- Breach confidentiality
- Misrepresent qualifications
- Act unethically
- Repeatedly miss bookings
- Harm the reputation of the platform
- Behave in a manner inconsistent with platform values
12. Community Values
As a Healing Conversations Guide, I commit to:
- Leading with compassion
- Listening without judgement
- Honouring each person’s unique journey
- Speaking truthfully
- Respecting free will
- Remaining open to growth and learning
- Contributing to a culture of integrity, coherence, and authentic human connection
