We never share your details

How are guides vetted?

Every applicant is reviewed by our team. We check identity, ABN, qualifications, lived experience and references.

Are sessions confidential?

Yes. Sessions are private between you and your guide and we never share session content.

Can I get a refund?

Full refund if you cancel more than 24h before. 50% within 24h. No refund after the session starts.

Is this a clinical service?

No. Our guides are peer practitioners. If you need clinical care, please see a psychologist, GP or psychiatrist.

Do you offer NDIS / Medicare rebates?

Not at this stage. Many of our guides offer a short, low-cost discovery conversation to begin gently.
